  1. Contacts cannot login to Me2Team, but their involvement in Tasks and ToDos can be tracked and they can be sent emails of plans and the ToDos they need to do.  Contacts do not need to know about Me2Team.
  2. One page Task plan templates make it easy to plan in minutes by simply filling in some boxes.
  3. Task plans are easily joined together in a tree to create strategies and projects.
  4. ToDos show the task workflow and populate personal ToDo lists.
  5. Document allowance is by organization, not users.  More storage can be purchased.
  6. Personal ToDo lists are automatically synchronized with plans.
  7. Me2Team automatically coordinates many strategies, projects, Tasks, ToDos and teams; so users can spend their time doing real work.
  8. Me2Team's patented methods ensure that users only see critical task information on a need-to-know basis.
  9. Users can assign ToDos to other users or contact via email.  Emails can include an iCalendar attachment to put the ToDo into a Calendar (such as Outlook, Google, Notes, or your smart phone).
  10. You can choose to be notified when someone else makes a listed change that affects you.
  11. You can make a copy of Tasks and ToDos that have worked for you.  Then you can adjust the times and people involved before pasting the updated template.  This reduces planning time and provides a simple way to reuse business processes.
