How does Me2Team synchronize plans, ToDo’s, progress, feedback and reports?
A simple plan template makes planning fast and easy. Actions in plans are automatically distributed to team member’s ToDo lists. When a team member completes or changes an action on their ToDo list, the plan and progress are automatically updated. Feedback is provided by email for a wide range of reportable events. Plans, Gantt charts and reports can be generated in pdf form at anytime for emailing to relevant people or creating a record for the task.

Contacts need no training and do not even need to know that Me2Team is being used. They are sent tasking emails, pdf plans and pdf reports (such as Gantt Charts) in a standard format that are automatically generated by Me2Team. Where a contact doesn’t have access to email, hard copy documents generated by Me2Team can be used.
