TASKey marketing identified a requirement for a simple easy to use work management solution.  It is urgently needed to integrate project management software functionality with personal ToDo list functionality. 

In the workplace, work management software fall into two broad groupings.  One is project management software designed for project managers and their clients to manage projects.   The other is people contributing to the project by using a variety of methods to manage their work.  These personal methods can range from paper to Microsoft Outlook type organizers. 

The problem is there is little integration between personal organizers and project management tools.  Plus there is limited integration between team members' personal organizers.  Consequently data is entered many times and misunderstandings and lost information degrade productivity.

A major problem is that people need to manually move data from one person to another and through different management levels.  This high reliance on people moving information was acceptable when people were colocated and hierarchical structures were the norm.  However today's workplaces where people are geographically spread, organization structures are more flexible, manual methods become marginal.

Technology is improving connectivity, but there has been no simple consistent method to keep the various parts together and let critical information flow freely.  TASKey have developed and validated a method that automates the movement and presentation of critical information required to manage work.

A lite version of TASKey TEAM software called Me2Team has been developed to make working together easy.  Basic project management methods are synchronized with all team members ToDo lists.  The 2 way flow of information keeps everyone informed and automatically updates progress reports (including Gantt Charts); so everyone can get on with the job.
