1. Why should I use this software?
Me2Team turns plans and workflows into easy to understand and use To Do lists. Using Me2Team

2. What can I use this software for?
Me2Team is used by individuals and teams to concurrently plan and implement strategies, projects, tasks
and workflows. Some examples where Me2Team is being used are: keeping track of personal and team
To Do’s; getting project tasks done, developing new products, keeping track of many To Do’s, managing events,
managing changes, creating and implementing business processes and workflows, templating plans and workflows,
keeping team members focused, and streamlining meetings and other communications.

Me2Team keeps relevant people informed by automatically keeping plans and other people's To Do lists updated.

4. Can I communicate a task plan to anyone at anytime in seconds?
Emailing a copy of the plan is a great way to communicate what is happening. With Me2Team, a
current copy of the plan that shows progress can be instantly emailed to anyone at any time to keep them informed.
5. Can I involve people who are not using the software?
There are many occasions when you want to involve someone who is not using the software. With Me2Team,
you can add as many free Contacts as you need. Contacts cannot login, but can be added to teams and be
sent plan and To Do emails that assign work.
6. How does Me2Team compare to project management software?
Me2Team can do most of what project management software does, but project management software
cannot manage plans and To Do’s. A

7. Can I add users, contacts, projects, tasks or To Do’s for Free?
Yes – Me2Team has no limit on the number of users, contacts, tasks or To Do’s. All users
can create and email plans, receive personal To Do lists, complete and edit To Do’s, assign To Do’s by email,
receive email notifications, enter notes and store documents with tasks.
Me2Team users who need more leadership and management capabilities can subscribe to
full user functionality. Me2Team requires at least one full user per organization.
Note: The free trial has no limit on the number of full users, but when the trial
ends the number of full users needs to be reduced to the number of paid subscriptions.
