How does the 15 Day Free Trial work?
You can sign up for a free 15 day trial here . The trial is fully functional Advanced User and you can print plans and add as many users as you need. It is easy to convert the trial to a monthly or annual subscription. 

What is the difference between Users and Contacts?
Users have paid a subscription and can login to Me2Team.  Contacts do not have a current paid subcription, so they cannot login to Me2Team.   However Contacts can be included in both task and action teams, so subcribers' teams can include all relevant people.  Contacts are kept informed by subscribers sending then pdf copies of plans and action emails about what they need to do.  Contacts need to tell a subscribers when they have finished an action, so the subscriber can update Me2Team for the Contact.  A Contact can be upgrades to a subscriber at any time.

Why is Me2Team charged on the basis of User licenses?
Me2Team tracks and organizes information for each user plus views shown are automatically customized for each user.

No matter how many projects and tasks you are involved in, where they are located, and what changes are occurring, you can instantly answer the questions; “What tasks are relevant to me?” and “What do I need to do?”.

What is the diffrence between Full/Advanced Users and Basic Users?
Full users have the tools and functionality required to effectively plan and implement plans successfully.  Basic users have the ability to create plans and access their personalized ToDo list.  In general terms, basic users are team members, who are largely working off ToDo lists from manager's plans. 

Can I add more users at any anytime?
Yes – you can add users in the Admin module in the software up to the number of User Licenses. To increase the number of user licenses, simply increase the number of licenses in your Account Management module. If you have subscribed, your charges will be adjusted from the next billing period.

Can I stop using Me2Team at any time?
Yes – you can unsubscribe at any time. Organization members will no longer be able to Login to Me2Team and future charges will be stopped from the next billing period.  Unsubscribed users will revert to a Contact status.

Can I pay for one year at a time?
Yes – Use the annual payment option on sign-up. You will be reminded when the next annual payment is due.

What can I do if I need to manage resources and timesheeting?
The Full subscription of Me2Team offers many advanced features including resource management and timesheeting.  Please upgrade to a full subscription if you wish to manage resouces and Times.
