By using Me2Team to automate essential management work, you can get your work done in 4 simple steps.  This blog explains the 4 steps users need to follow.  The rest of the management required is automatically done by Me2Team.

The 4 steps are:
1.       Enter what you want to do
2.       Add team members
3.       Work out who needs to do what
4.       Do the work

Step 1 - Enter what you want to do

In this step you enter the main tasks that need to be done and their estimated start and end date.  Sub-tasks can be used to breakdown tasks, so they are easier to understand.

Step 2 - Add team members

In this step you detail the stakeholders (task team members) for each task.  If a person is a stakeholder they see the task, if they are not a stakeholder the task is hidden.

Step 3 - Workout who needs to do what

Like you would normally do, list the actions that need to be done to do each task.  Include the stakeholder or stakeholders doing the action (action team members).

Step 4 - Do the work

Complete actions on your ToDo list.  Make changes to your original plan (steps 1-3) whenever required.
